Not ToDo

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Not ToDo mobile app operated by Hyperion App Studio.

Effective September 6, 2026

Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Not ToDo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Not ToDo is

Not ToDo is a personal list of habits you want to avoid. You add items, tap them when you slip, and optionally enable reminders or an app lock. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region).

No account

There is no sign-in. Your list stays on the device. If you lose the device or uninstall the app, that local data is gone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

Not ToDo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that reminders will fire at a specific time or that an unlocked phone cannot be opened by someone else.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyperion App Studio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including anyone seeing your list if the device is unlocked, or a missed reminder. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to USD $50, except where law does not allow that limit.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms, except where law requires additional consent.
