ColorPing is an automated notification aid. Always verify the official color line and follow your program’s instructions. You remain responsible for reporting requirements.
If an alert looks wrong, check the official line first, then email us with the jurisdiction, the date, and what you expected to see.
To change your assigned color or color line, use the app settings. To request a copy of your information, or to delete your ColorPing account, email [email protected] from the address on the account. Tell us whether you want a copy, deletion, or both.
We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
