Ride Angels is operated by Hyperion App Studio (sole proprietor: Devin Cooper).

What we collect for phone sign-in

• Mobile phone number you enter to create an account or sign in
• One-time passcodes sent by SMS for authentication
• Basic account profile data you provide in the app (name, email if added, etc.)

How we use it

• Send transactional SMS one-time codes so you can sign in securely
• Operate the Ride Angels service (rides, trusted circle, notifications)
• We do not sell your phone number
• We do not use SMS for marketing or advertising

SMS specifics

• Message frequency: only when you request a sign-in or verification code
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS; reply HELP for help
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Sharing

Phone numbers and auth data are processed by our infrastructure providers (including Supabase Auth and Twilio) solely to deliver authentication SMS and run the app backend.
